Due to the location of the home on a protected ravine lot, approval for the rear two-story addition had to first go before a committee of adjustment. With small existing rooms partitioned off from each other, the goal at Brule Gardens was to add to the footprint of the house by creating more open useable space.

New textured wallcoverings, warm tones of beech wood, painted cabinetry and rich oak quarter sawn hardwood flooring created the framwork for this art deco home.
