Originally constructed in 1936, one of first houses built on Highland Crescent. This was a key element to the client’s goal to restore and maintain the historical value of the house to a street where every house has been torn down and character lost within the neighbourhood. Its unique lot provides a panoramic view of the city from every room on the south facing elevation, secret garden in the city.

A palette of neutral stones selected for the four bathrooms and spa to allow for a timeless environment and again compliment the history of the house.
